Returns & Cancellations

All Édition Uzuuri pieces are made to order, making each one truly unique. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation. After this window, production or shipping may have already begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
